Komplex charges a 10% platform fee on concession orders processed through the platform. Standard Stripe processing fees also apply. There are no additional transaction fees.
Yes. You can upgrade to Professional at any time and your new features activate immediately. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your billing cycle.
No. The Komplex fan app is completely free to download and use. Fans can load their digital wallet, place orders, and check in at no cost.
You set your own court pricing (per hour or per session). Fans pay through their Komplex wallet or card. Revenue goes directly to your Stripe account minus the platform fee.
All plans include email support. Professional includes priority support with faster response times. Enterprise includes a dedicated account manager and onboarding assistance.
