We started Komplex after spending years in youth sports facilities and seeing the same problems everywhere: cash-only concession stands, tournament brackets scrawled on whiteboards, umpire schedules managed through group texts, and operators juggling five different tools just to get through a weekend.
The youth sports industry is massive, but the technology behind it hasn't kept up. Facilities were stuck choosing between generic POS systems that didn't understand tournaments and tournament apps that couldn't handle ordering. Nothing connected the full experience for operators, coaches, and fans.
So we built Komplex — a single platform that handles everything from bracket generation and live scoring to mobile ordering and digital wallets. Our vision is a world where facility operators spend less time on spreadsheets and more time building great sports communities.
